Professor Dr. Christoph G. Paulus is Director at the Institut für Interdisziplinäre Restrukturierung (iir) e. V. since 2009. He was Full Professor for Civil Law, Civil Procedure, Insolvency Law and Roman law at the Law Faculty of the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin since 1994 and Associate Professor for Civil Law and Procedural Law at Universität Augsburg since 1992-1994.
